Governing Board which seeks to highlight the quality
of determined cavas linking quality to determined
plots or areas. This is the cava obtained from a
wine produced with grapes from a determined area,
whose soil and micro-climatic conditions, together
with quality criteria regarding their production have
provided a cava with particular characteristics. The
minimum period from tirage to disgorgement will be
36 months. This category is solely reserved for the
“Brut Nature”, “Extra Brut” and “Brut” types.
