dedicada a la elaboración y comercialización
B de vinos Albariño y Espumoso D.O. Rías Baixas,
además de una completa gama de Licores Tradicionales
y Aguardientes de Galicia.
En 1984, la familia Padín-Garrido inicia un pequeño
proyecto empresarial para la elaboración de vino
albariño y su venta en el creciente mercado regional,
profesionalizando una actividad que ya se venía
realizando en el núcleo familiar.
En 1989, el modesto negocio se incorpora a la D.O.
Rías Baixas que acababa de crearse, impulsando así
un proceso de modernización de las infraestructuras y
su desarrollo tecnológico, que han permitido elaborar
unos vinos albariños de gran calidad y reconocimiento,
además de su proyección internacional.
La incorporación progresiva de una nueva generación
al negocio familiar muestra inquietudes e interés en
explorar las posibilidades de los Rías Baixas, y así, en
2012, esta bodega es en una pionera elaborando uno de
los primeros albariños espumosos con D.O. Rías Baixas.
Bodegas Pablo Padín is a family-owned winery devoted to the production and marketing of delightful Albariño
ENG wines and charming sparklings from D.O. Rías Baixas, but also, traditional Galician Spirits and liqueurs.
In 1984, the Padín-Garrido family started up a small business project in order to turn professional the production
of Albariño wines, owing to the long tradition of wine-growing and skilful wine-making within the family.
In 1989, the modest firm joined the recently founded Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, thus promoting a process
of modernization of infrastructure and the technological development of the winery, which have allowed the
elaboration of Albariño wines of great quality and recognition, in addition to its international projection.
The progressive incorporation of a new generation into the family business showed concerns and interest in
exploring the possibilities of the Rías Baixas wines, and thus, in 2012 this winery became a pioneer elaborating
one of the first sparkling Albariño wines within the D.O. Rías Baixas.
